Hi, I’m Autumn Avey of Autumn Does It All. These Terms & Conditions explain how services are provided and what to expect when booking with me. By scheduling a service (via text, email, consultation, or online booking), you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

Horse & Equine Services
Stall cleaning, grooming, exercise riding, beginner riding lessons, and general care support.

Pet Services
Dog walking and hiking, grooming, drop-in pet sitting, basic dog training, and care for cats, reptiles, rodents, and other small animals.

Home & Barn Services
Home check-ins, yard cleanup, barn cleaning, organization, errands, pet transport, and similar support tasks.

No overnight boarding or veterinary services are provided. While all care is provided with patience and attention, animals can be unpredictable, and inherent risks exist.

2. Booking & Consultation

New clients begin with a free initial consultation (phone or in-person) to discuss needs and ensure a good fit.

All paid services are scheduled after this consultation.

3. Travel

Travel is included within approximately 15–20 miles of North Phoenix (Desert Ridge area).

For locations beyond this radius:

  • A travel fee of $0.50–$0.70 per mile (round trip) applies

  • Travel costs are calculated using Google Maps and confirmed before booking

  • Extended travel may require a minimum booking amount depending on distance

All travel requirements will always be discussed and agreed upon before services are scheduled.

4. Pricing & Payment

Rates may vary depending on location, service needs, add-ons, and frequency of visits. Final pricing is confirmed during consultation.

Typical starting rates:

  • Stall cleaning: $15–$20 per stall

  • Grooming (horse): $25–$50 per session

  • Braiding: $20–$40 per session

  • Exercise riding: $35–$60 per ride

  • Beginner riding lessons: $45 per hour

  • Dog walking: $20–$35 per walk

  • Pet sitting (drop-in visits): $25–$35 per visit

  • Dog training: $40 per session

  • Leash training: $35 per session

Additional or custom services are quoted separately.

Payment is due at the time of service or within 7 days if pre-arranged. Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, or other agreed methods. Late payments may incur a fee.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • One-time visits: Cancel/reschedule up to 24 hours before—no charge.

  • Recurring services: 24 hours’ notice for no fee.

  • Less than 24 hours: $10–$20 fee may apply to cover reserved time.

Client No-shows may be charged the full rate.

I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel due to illness, weather, or emergencies. In these cases, clients will receive a refund or credit.

6. Liability & Important Notes

Animal care and property services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, escape, or property damage.

By booking services, you acknowledge these risks. I provide attentive, responsible care but am not liable for:

  • Unpredictable animal behavior

  • Pre-existing conditions or undisclosed issues

  • Events outside of reasonable control

You agree to provide:

  • Accurate information regarding animal health and behavior

  • Emergency veterinary contact information and authorization for care decisions if needed

  • Safe and accessible entry to property if required

I am not a veterinarian and do not diagnose, treat, or administer medical care.

7. Photos & Privacy

Photos or videos of animals may be taken for updates or portfolio use. Permission will be requested when appropriate. Client information is kept private and is never shared.

8. Changes & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
